Review - L'oreal Infallible 24hour Foundation.

I never had the courage to purchase drugstore foundations after converting to high-end,

but when I tried the loreal true match last year, it changed everything I thought I knew.

So when Lauren Curtis raved about the new L'oreal Infalliable 24hr Foundation, I had to try it.

PACKAGING
The foundation comes in a sleek glass bottle, with a pump.

SHADE RANGE

I picked up the shade Radiant Beige 150 - a medium shade with neutral to yellow undertones.. Although, not as yellow as True Match W4 (which I prefer colour wise).

Great for skintones ranging from nc30 to an nc40.
I believe there are 7 shades avaliable in this range -
with a mixture of light to medium dark with pink and yellow under tones.

Comparison swatches

CONSISTENCY

The consistency is quite thick, almost gel like..

I would say it's comparable to Mac Studio Sculpt Foundation.
It blends amazingly well for a thick formula and gives off medium to full coverage,

but it does not sit heavy on your skin.

FINISH

The finish is a satin almost dewy with a luminous/radiant finish - beautiful I say.

It is a hydrating foundation which is why I believe it doesn't look cakey.

LASTING POWER

Working a physical job, this foundation lasts all day on my combo-dry skin,

and looks just as amazing at the end of the day as when I first applied it.

Not sure about the 24hr claim but heck, if it lasts me a work day (with no touch ups)

I can't argue with that.

I love this foundation, it has such an amazing finish, coverage and staying power.

It has definitely out done my love for True Match. If you're looking for a foundation

that will stay put and cover imperfections without a hefty price tag, seriously check this one out.
