NSA Spying Hearings

Gonzales asks to not be sworn in, which indicates the perogative to lie from anyone but the righteous. Clinton wouldn't have gotten away with that, but his crime was more serious than a brazen breach of the fourth amendment. I don't know why the Republicans would agree to this considering Gonzales already lied under oath. .
